Courses, frameworks, and coaching for delivery leads and agile coaches who want to move with precision — and prove it with data.
Everything on Agility Matrix maps back to these disciplines — because delivery excellence is never just one thing.
Measure what matters. Data-driven insights that show how work moves through your teams — not just whether it shipped.
1:1 and team coaching that builds real capability — not dependency. Mindset shifts that last beyond the engagement.
Frameworks for leads who operate at pace — connecting strategy to execution without losing the team in the middle.

I help Scrum Masters, delivery leads and agile coaches see how work really flows, understand what the data is telling them, and act on it. No ceremony for its own sake, no framework loyalty: just flow, evidence and better decisions.
Agility Matrix is where I share that work: training, coaching, the podcast, and the Certified Flow Metrics Practitioner programme.
Whether you're exploring 1:1 coaching, a bespoke team programme, or a speaking engagement — let's start with a conversation. Tell me a little about your situation and I'll come back to you to arrange a time.

A data-led Objective Retrospective with your team
We start with your situation — what's working, what's not, and what you're trying to change.
Together we figure out whether a course, coaching engagement, or something else is the right next move.
Even if we don't work together, you'll leave with a clear picture of what to focus on next.
I'll reply by email to arrange a time that suits you.
Most retrospectives produce a to-do list and a good feeling. The ORM anchors your retrospective to a measurable flow objective and ends with one structural change, with an owner and a date. I'll run it with your team on your real data, and leave you able to run it yourselves.
Agree a quantified flow objective, such as 85th percentile cycle time from 14 to 10 days.
Look at the real flow data first. No narrative until the numbers have spoken.
Find the single biggest gap and get to its root cause.
Agree one structural change, not a to-do list, with an owner and a date.
Record it publicly. Next time: did we do it, and did it move the metric?
Most organisations split "deciding what to build" from "delivering it", and nobody owns whether it worked. PDM joins them into one loop. Like Jeet Kune Do, it absorbs what's useful from Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up and scaling frameworks, and discards ceremony that doesn't earn its place.
Spot real problems and opportunities, grounded in evidence from customers and data.
Tie every opportunity to a business outcome metric. If it doesn't move a stated outcome, it doesn't proceed.
Bound the bet: fixed appetite, variable scope, a one-page plan before anything large enters build.
Fund it with a repeatable scorecard and pre-agreed kill criteria, not the loudest voice in the room.
Flow work with WIP limits, tracking lead time, throughput and flow efficiency as you go.
Check the outcome actually moved. The Validation Packet feeds straight back into Sense.
Not "runs ceremonies". Runs the loop.
Half discovery coach, half flow coach: the person who keeps opportunities honest and keeps flow honest. Scrum Masters already have a head start, because Deliver is home turf. PDM adds the discipline on either side: discovery before, outcome validation after.
Twenty questions across five dimensions. Score your organisation's delivery engine honestly and find out where the real gap is, before you spend money closing the wrong one.
A facilitated assessment of your delivery engine across the five PDM dimensions, from discovery to scaling. You get a clear picture of where the real bottleneck is, and what to fix first.
Three levels, from learning the method to leading it. Each level's fee counts toward the next if you continue within 12 months. Launching in 2027: register your interest to hear first and get founding prices.
Learn the PDM loop, the four layers and the core tools, with practical exercises you can apply to your own team.
Register interest →Run the full loop with a real initiative, from Sense to Validate, with live coaching and feedback on your work.
Register interest →Lead PDM across teams as a Product Delivery Manager/Coach, with mentoring and the PDM Coach credential.
Apply / register interest →A paid community for Scrum Masters, delivery leads and agile coaches who want to get better at flow, with two live sessions a month and a feed that's active every week. Founding membership is open now, and live sessions start in December 2026.
One topic a month, such as ageing WIP, Monte Carlo forecasting or selling metrics to leaders. Learn it, then apply it to your own data in the session.
Bring a real problem: a stuck board, a sceptical exec, a messy dataset. We work through it together, live.
Weekly WIP check-ins, a chart of the week to read together, monthly challenges, and direct answers from me.
Every session recorded, plus templates and flow metrics toolkits you can use the same day.
Founding member price (about $25, billed in US dollars by Skool), locked for life. From January 2027 the standard price is £29/month.
Hosted on Skool. Monthly or annual, cancel any time.
A question, chart or mini case to get you thinking, with answers from me and other members all week.
One topic taught live, then applied to your own data, followed by open Q&A.
Bring a stuck board, a messy dataset or a sceptical exec. We work it through together, live.
Every session recorded and organised by topic, plus templates and toolkits you can use the same day.
Founding members are in from 1 December. Times and joining links are in the community calendar.
Founding members help choose the topic. Tell us your biggest delivery headache when you join.
Bring a real board or dataset. Brought forward a week so it's done before Christmas.
Every week we look at a real chart like this one together. Was it blocked? Too big? Forgotten in a queue? The answers change how your team works, and how you answer "when will it be done?"
Example chart for illustration.
No. Every session is recorded and added to the library, so you can catch up whenever suits you. Come live when you can, because that's where the best conversations happen.
No. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid or "we're not sure what we're doing": flow works with any way of working, and you're welcome here.
Yes. Sessions are built to be useful whether you're just starting out or already measuring flow. No question is too basic.
Please do. Real problems make the best sessions. Share as much or as little detail as you're comfortable with, and what's shared stays in the community.
Membership is hosted on Skool and billed monthly in US dollars (about $25, roughly £19), or yearly if you prefer. There's no contract, and you can cancel any time from your Skool settings.
Yes. CFMP graduates get their first month free. You'll get your invite at the end of the course.
