What we do
Three pillars,
one system

Everything on Agility Matrix maps back to these disciplines — because delivery excellence is never just one thing.

Flow Metrics

Measure what matters. Data-driven insights that show how work moves through your teams — not just whether it shipped.

Coaching

1:1 and team coaching that builds real capability — not dependency. Mindset shifts that last beyond the engagement.

Delivery Leadership

Frameworks for leads who operate at pace — connecting strategy to execution without losing the team in the middle.

Hi, I'm Temitope Awere

I help Scrum Masters, delivery leads and agile coaches see how work really flows, understand what the data is telling them, and act on it. No ceremony for its own sake, no framework loyalty: just flow, evidence and better decisions.

Agility Matrix is where I share that work: training, coaching, the podcast, and the Certified Flow Metrics Practitioner programme.

ORM, the Objective Retrospective Method: Anchor, Measure, Diagnose, Decide, Commit, leading to one structural change
For teams · Objective Retrospective Method
Retrospectives that change the system

Most retrospectives produce a to-do list and a good feeling. The ORM anchors your retrospective to a measurable flow objective and ends with one structural change, with an owner and a date. I'll run it with your team on your real data, and leave you able to run it yourselves.

From
£750
per team session
Book an ORM session →
01

Anchor

Agree a quantified flow objective, such as 85th percentile cycle time from 14 to 10 days.

02

Measure

Look at the real flow data first. No narrative until the numbers have spoken.

03

Diagnose

Find the single biggest gap and get to its root cause.

04

Decide

Agree one structural change, not a to-do list, with an owner and a date.

05

Commit

Record it publicly. Next time: did we do it, and did it move the metric?

What's included: a short pre-session call to agree your flow objective, a review of your team's flow data beforehand, the facilitated ORM session online or on site, and a one-page summary of the decision, owner and date.
Want to try it yourself first? Get the free ORM guide: the five steps, timings, ground rules and a ready-to-use template for your next retrospective. You'll get the PDF straight away, plus a copy by email.
Product Delivery Method
One loop, from idea to proven value

Most organisations split "deciding what to build" from "delivering it", and nobody owns whether it worked. PDM joins them into one loop. Like Jeet Kune Do, it absorbs what's useful from Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up and scaling frameworks, and discards ceremony that doesn't earn its place.

01Sense02Frame03Shape04Bet05Deliver06Validatefrom idea toproven value
01

Sense

Spot real problems and opportunities, grounded in evidence from customers and data.

02

Frame

Tie every opportunity to a business outcome metric. If it doesn't move a stated outcome, it doesn't proceed.

03

Shape

Bound the bet: fixed appetite, variable scope, a one-page plan before anything large enters build.

04

Bet

Fund it with a repeatable scorecard and pre-agreed kill criteria, not the loudest voice in the room.

05

Deliver

Flow work with WIP limits, tracking lead time, throughput and flow efficiency as you go.

06

Validate

Check the outcome actually moved. The Validation Packet feeds straight back into Sense.

Four layers under the loop
  • Team Operating System: Scrum or Kanban, chosen for the work rather than inherited by default.
  • Flow Discipline & Metrics: the universal measurement layer for every team.
  • Scaling: lightweight coordination by default; heavier frameworks such as SAFe only when a named bottleneck justifies them.
  • AI-Augmented Discovery: practical, tool-agnostic techniques for sensing, framing and validating faster.
The role

Product Delivery Manager / Coach

Not "runs ceremonies". Runs the loop.

Half discovery coach, half flow coach: the person who keeps opportunities honest and keeps flow honest. Scrum Masters already have a head start, because Deliver is home turf. PDM adds the discipline on either side: discovery before, outcome validation after.

Questions
Before you join
Do I have to attend the live sessions?

No. Every session is recorded and added to the library, so you can catch up whenever suits you. Come live when you can, because that's where the best conversations happen.

Is it only for Kanban teams?

No. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid or "we're not sure what we're doing": flow works with any way of working, and you're welcome here.

I'm new to flow metrics. Will I keep up?

Yes. Sessions are built to be useful whether you're just starting out or already measuring flow. No question is too basic.

Can I bring problems from my own team?

Please do. Real problems make the best sessions. Share as much or as little detail as you're comfortable with, and what's shared stays in the community.

How do payment and cancelling work?

Membership is hosted on Skool and billed monthly in US dollars (about $25, roughly £19), or yearly if you prefer. There's no contract, and you can cancel any time from your Skool settings.

I've done CFMP. Do I get anything?

Yes. CFMP graduates get their first month free. You'll get your invite at the end of the course.
